About the Role:
We are looking for Mid–Senior Golang Engineers (3–5 years of experience) who love solving hard problems and building reliable backend systems.
This role is perfect for engineers who enjoy thinking deeply about how systems work — not just writing APIs.
Salary Range: 120,000 BDT – 150,000 BDT+ (open to extend for deserving candidates).
Number of Vacancies: 02 (On-site).
What You’ll Do:
- Build scalable backend services using Golang
- Design and maintain high-performance REST APIs & microservices
- Debug and resolve complex production issues
- Optimize system performance, memory usage, and concurrency
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Write clean, testable, and production-grade code
What You Bring:
Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience, including 1+ year with Golang
- Strong understanding of:
- Goroutines, channels, and concurrency patterns
- Data Structures, Algorithms & OOP concepts
- Performance and memory optimization
- Experience with Go frameworks such as: Gin / Echo / Fiber / gRPC
- Excellent problem-solving & debugging mindset
- Comfortable working with SQL databases
Bonus
- Background in competitive programming / programming contests
- Experience with Kafka / Redis / Kubernetes / Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with testing tools like Testify, Mockery, Ginkgo
