Role Description
This is a hunter-focused sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients—primarily through your own network, outbound efforts, partnerships, and ecosystem relationships (not inbound-only).
You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement, while working closely with Audacity’s founders and delivery leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech services, IT consulting, or software sales
- Strong experience in new business development / hunting
- Proven success closing mid-market to enterprise deals
- Experience selling: Offshore or nearshore teams, Technology services, Digital transformation solutions
- Strong understanding of client pain points in: Product development, Scaling engineering teams, Cost vs quality trade-offs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A self-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Native or fluent English
- Experience with global startups, agencies, or enterprise buyers is a strong plus.
